Hi Scrappers!
This newsletter is coming to you a unimaginative early! Halloween is just a few days away and I assumption you have fun tricking and treating! Then it is just a few more weeks till Thanksgiving. And then Christmas and Hanukkah are exactly around the corner - yikes! With the economy being what it is, I thought I would offer some classes to mould some holiday gifts. The classes are listed below - check them out!
Kris' Krops
Take some hour for yourself and get some scrapbooking done too! Come to a Kris' Krop! You will have access to all my scrapbooking tools which includes a Sizzix and a QuicKutz with several alphabets each. I also have a Xyron, punches, stamps, and more. Munchies and beverages will be served. We will also be doing a change and take and there will be a door prize at the end of the evening! There is a $5 charge for a full round-the-clock of scrapbooking. Come and check out my new products to help make your scrapping fun and friendly!

Scrapbook Basics - Wednesday, November 5th (7-9pm)
We advise that you take this class first. We will focus on how to get started, introduce you to the basics tools, and show how to use and disquiet for your tools. We will pass along lots of helpful advice and discuss everyday scrapbooking terms. You will also learn how to use the tools in our fully stocked workshop. Jessica Sprague is the digital guru for Creating Keepsakes ammunition - she is a contributing editor and writes a monthly column. I have never tried digital scrapbooking and lack of faith that I could ever convert fully {I will always love the tactile paper and paste and scissors and shopping for fun embellishments aspect of traditional scrapbooking} but I am always interested in wisdom about more ways to preserve my memories and tell my story, so I'm worrying this class.
And, I think you should take this class too. You do not have to be a "scrapbooker" to take it. You just have to have some digital photos and a recounting to tell {you don't need specific scrapbooking tools- you can tell the story in any way that you like}!

Apron fit for a scrapbooker
The agreeable Emstar, posted a wanted ad for someone to make an apron with pockets for her scrapbooking tools while teaching classes.. and i thoughtfulness "i would like to try that"
and well.... im very impressed.. that if her package doesnt resort to b advert to up... prob didnt even get to Aust post to flee relax......
it has 6 pockets in total4 thinner ones in the back row, that go to the bottom of the apron2 longer ones in the front row, that start slash down but go to the bottom also
it is backed in white, has white ties- with pink prominent stitching to hopefully make it all blend

Scrapbooking on a Budget
Memories are side-splitting, but the cost of preserving them can be high. Here are nine tips for making the most of your scrapbooking budget. 1.Be on the difficulty for scrapbooking supplies everywhere you go. I once made the cutest shabby chic card with the corrugated cardboard liner in a vacant bulb box. Another example: you can buy 100 brass brads for less than a dollar at the townsman discount store and then customize them to match your layout with acrylic cosmetics and/or sandpaper. Or look in the clearance bin for ribbon, fiber, and make-up remnants - or bouquets of silk flowers, which you can take apart and endear to your cards and layouts with brads, eyelets, bottlecaps, or button. You'll find all kinds of treasures at chore supply, hardware, and dollar stores, as well as flea markets and garage sales. 2. Keep your supplies organized. When your papers and embellishments are logically arranged and even to find, you'll always know what you have, which means you'll buy fewer duplicates. And you don't want expensive racks for storing your paper. The large 14" Ziploc bags are ideal for storing 12x12 paper. You can even hang the labeled Ziploc bags from skirt hangers to overstate your space. A few inexpensive baskets or plastic containers can fare your adhesives, pens and trimmers. And a common tacklebox is grand for small embellishments. Or use resealable Ziploc bags to pull together brads, eyelets and other small embellishments by type or color and department store in a shoebox. 3. Here's a little known furtively. You can join a scrapbooking direct sales company, simply to get the rebate on your own supplies. Of course, you'll need to make guaranteed the monthly minimums are low enough that you'll be able to meet them with your purchases alone.
