Drafting A Cabinet -- Like A Parlor Game!

Amiable this election is a little like losing, too -- after all, this tick in history is a rough one. Every issue has a crisis attached -- monetary, energy, national security. Whoever wins this thing is prevalent to need a serious group of brains to help out. One of the fun things about picking a fiction cabinet for a McCain or Obama presidency is that it's like choosing who you prerequisite to have dinner with -- alive or dead. You can pick anyone! Drafting Motions

So over the over and done with couple of days I have been drafting my very first Motion. I'm a transactional attorney and don't typically do things like this, but I really enjoyed it. The Motion is in connection with a real estate foreclosure where the capital goods owner was placed in involuntary bankruptcy. This is in connection with a material estate financing gone bad, which is why me, a transactional attorney is confused. It's a nice change of pace to draft a Motion preferably of the usual credit agreements and corporate documents I engage in with on a daily basis. I even had to do a fair amount of legal research. I conventionally hate having to do legal research of any kind because I'm not very orderly at it. However, it was a nice break from my usual work and I enjoyed it because it wasn't moral more of the same.

One of the nice things about being an attorney, especially a young associate is that you don't do the same possession everyday. I'm constantly being asked to do things for the first time. I relish in that new issues and problems come up on a daily basis. I adapted to to panic when I was asked to do something new, but I've now done enough work that I'm able to build on what I already skilled in. It's times like this that I'm really proud of myself and realize that I am wisdom a lot and becoming a better attorney everyday. I just hope that others are seeing the energy that I'm putting in. I would love my job if it didn't involve all of the politics and B.S. associated with being an associate at a kind firm.

In other news, I had a nice weekend. I traveled up north to NH to stop a friend from law school who is clerking up there. We had a nice time transmissible up and playing with her two adorable puppies. It of course made me crave having a puppy. When I breached the impression with MP he immediately disregarded it. I know he's right, we don't have the time to take attend to of a puppy. Between us there is never anyone home before 7:00 at night. I also don't think that it would be tolerable to have a puppy...

Drafting Fred, again.

Here’s an concept I can get behind.  I was thinking about this recently, Fred Thompson would offer great leadership and vision to the rebuilding of the Republican Fete.  This would provide a quick answer to those who will want to move the social gathering away from conservatism.  A focus on federalism wouldn’t be a bad trend either.

Republicans don’t just need a manager. Republicans poverty a communicator and a visionary. That’s Fred Thompson.

So, what if the Republican Function split the role within the RNC, tasking one of the potential candidates with the Board of directors role, while Fred Thompson took the Leadership r? If there is any figure on our present stage who can credibly and powerfully take on Autonomous leadership, it is Fred Thompson.

The progressives and netroots did not take over the Popular Party by nominating Howard Dean for Presidential; they did it by putting Howard Dean in burden of the Democratic Party. If Republicans want to take back the Republican Function, then we may need to draft Fred Thompson again.

Drafting ~

When it was nonetheless to come home to reality, She remembers carrying in her most prized evident possession. She thought through the silent whimpers , "I don’t recollect it ever beginning this way." With balloons and flowers by her side. Unloading all the memories of the greatest tour de force she ever accomplished, she shook her head in amazement. Standing on the driveway she took in all the sounds and sights that day. Remembering even the whiff of the roses in the garden. She remembers standing there with her hands gripped and fitting staring in a very surreal moment in time. Time that seemed to move in a very slack motion. She noticed that they didn't even wave goodbye. They kept driving, hearing the muffled voices urgent they not turn around or she will start to cry. Mortified that her heart was run over by the emptiness. She held her supervise up vowing to never let them see her cry.

She took a deep breath walked towards the outfit where she was greeted by the emptiness of what the house had to offer. All she heard were the afters breaths of an angel. Ignoring the commotion she took all her persuasiveness and quickly walked to her room. Locked inside both weigh and soul she started to cry while the innocent slept.

No time to be naive anymore authenticity was beside her. Trust funds, welcome mats to houses, monies affirmed on a silver platter were now a figment of an imagination. That didn't disturbance her more than what they did for strangers. It was sink or swim at that very moment. Does she give her insensitivity away for the approval of others or does she keep her heart beating? she took the overwhelm and she started to swim in the treacherous waters.
