Cricut machine!!!

Yes, yes, yes! Look what I picked up at my Publish Office today! :-D I'm the owner of a new diecut machine, called Cricut Expression. Looking progressive to trying it out later this evening. It's supposed to be a Christmas these days from my husband. Thank you, my darling. :)
I've ordered it from the US, and had to pay som customs (but it's much cheaper than buying it here anyway). Also bought an extremely cartridge. Have to find a link for that later.

Pazzles or Cricut Expression...
I have been asked today in a say discuss left on my blog which machine I prefer... the Cricut Expression or the Pazzles. I rapture them both equally. I know that is not a fair statement as you probably over I would like one over the other. To me, the machines are totally different in how they can be used.
The Cricut is cartridge based and while you can lay out with Design Studio, it is... and probably always will be... a cartridge based system. I have over 40 cartridges that can be hand-me-down with the Cricut. The cuts are all designed by Provo Craft and I love the decipherability of using the Cricut by just popping in a cartridge, selecting the aim to be cut, and cutting files to use to make a quick card or layout.
The Pazzles allows me to father (draw) my own designs in a vector type format. I rapture designing my own projects and being able to use any font that is available. It is more in the good old days b simultaneously consuming to use than the Cricut if you intend to design your own WPC files, but I love the versitility of the machine.
I would not give up either machine at this objective as I use them both differently and for different reasons. If I were looking to buy one and not interested in treacherous my own files, I would certainly go with the Cricut. One thing to consider is that cartridges can get up-market. If others have an opinion, please post it here so others can get different points of views on both machines. Jubilant Day!!!!

I'm in reality excited to share this stamp set with you. It isn't anything spectacular, or shiny, or wonderful amazing, BUT it is one of those basic basics that help you organize and keep things gracious and neat. And, it can be used as a way to give the perfect finishing touch on a bizarre gift etc. Plus, some of the words can even be combined with each other or other sentiments you might already have to fashion that "perfect" phrase.
Anyway, I've now probably totally confused you huh?? This set is by the skin of one's teeth that - a set of words to help you categorize your piles of cards that you purposes have in your stash. This set is called Card Categories (a total of 33 words) and will be within reach for purchase at Clear Dollar Stamps (CDstamps) on November 1st.
For me herself, I make lots of cards which means I have lots of cards. I do have some friends and m that when they get a chance will go through them and pick out the ones they want and its easier for me as well as for them to see what I have.
For today's think up though, I decided to make a card carrier as a small give-away for somebody. I kept it pretty basic because it wasn't my aspiration to provide cards for the entire year and every occasion, but to give someone a few to keep in their stash.
I chose to keep it to a birthday piece and made 2 cards for each category. The finishing touch are the tabs with the categories stamped on them for suggestible organization and visual appeal. I made the case to fit slightly smaller cards (but still mailable) 3 1/2" x 4 7/8". This area is so quick and easy to
decorate too. The envelopes are...

Cricut Create
What is the Cricut Invent?
Provocraft introduced the first Cricut cutting machine in July, 2006 (7/15/2006). In February 2007 (2/6/2007), Provocraft added the Cricut Expression to the lineup of Cricut products.
Now in 2008 Provocraft has added another malevolent machine to it’s lineup, called the Cricut Create.
The Cricut Create combines the portability of the basic Cricut with much of the functionality of the Cricut Expression. Cricut Create comes with the DonJuan font and sculpt cartridge, one 6″ x 12″ cutting mat.
I am guessing that Provocraft may done discontinue the original cricut machine. They may also keep the original cricut around as an entry level machine, to get folks into the Cricut people of machines. For now you have 3 different Cricut machine levels. The lower end entrance level original Cricut machine, the new Cricut Create, and the top of the line Cricut Expression. Want to advised of more about Cricut Machines? See our page on Cricut basics.
